but they aren't pleased with leaving points on the field AND the sloppiness of the game. No fan should be proud of that, no fan. There are a lot of fans on this board who, during the game mentioned the sloppiness and missed opportunities. Those fans are correct in their posts. It was a sloppy game, as was the Liberty game. Throw in the Toledo and South Florida game as well. When you have, this late in the season, players making mental mistakes like that constantly, then there is something wrong upstairs because that is just crazy that as a player you wouldn't want to be better. You play how you practice and when the emphasis isn't on doing things correctly, come game time, things aren't done correctly-hence the continued mistakes.
BYU is a talented team, but offensively the Oline has gotten worse as the season moves along, the play calling, is slow to develop, easy to plan for and the adjustments are just slow to come about. BYU losing to Toledo and South Florida pretty much nailed the BYU coffin this season. Frustrating losses and frustrating wins (because of sloppy play).
