Without what baggage? I personally believe that, if he were a top level QB, he'd
have a spot despite the off field stuff. I also believe that, at the level he is, he'd still have a spot as a backup without the off field stuff if he'd been willing to accept that role. His high opinion of himself (both on and off the field) seems to be his biggest road block.
