USC deserves a ton of credit. They built a juggernaut out west when no one else
has and essentially gave the Pac-10 and the Rose Bowl it's name and place.
I don't know that comparing Utah to USC does much in terms of smack. What sets Utah a part is not having any of that and still making a name for itself.
While most USC fans certainly look down on Utah the way they do everyone else out west, there is a tremendous respect for Utah (compared to the other programs out west) and what they add to the conference.
