That trick is usually for when the starter solenoid is stuck. His is working...
because you can hear it clicking in the video.

If that's a new/charged battery and your terminals are good, that seems like a starter problem.

That's what the failed starter on my Accord was like, sluggish starts and then that annoying click with nothing.

Looks like you have to remove the intake manifold to reach your starter. That sucks.
