How do you bank when it comes to saving up for specific goals?

I've been thinking it's way past time that I should be putting away some money each month to a specific account for vacations, car repairs, etc. Thus for I've just put it in a savings account, but I think it would be nice to have an account specific for whichever goal I have in mind.

Is there a best-practice way to do this?

Yes the Disney Card is very niche, if you aren't into Disney parks it's almost not worth it at all.
