On a snowy day the entire row of cars all parked on the lines. They ticketed every single car, before the snow even melted and you could see the lines. I tried arguing that they should all get out of their fines, but one of the guys said something to the effect of "that just gives them permission to live the rest of their lives outside the lines". I laughed at him and told him that was the dumbest thing I'd heard. And that was the end of my time on that committee.
