Yeah, it was a butane tanker that overturned and ruptured.
Hazmat protocol comes into play with something like this, especially ruptured flammable fluids - with a standard semi, wreckers can drag it off and get lanes opened while they rig it up. With hazmat vehicles and spills, hazmat teams have to come out and do cleanup before anything can happen. No way to get the road open quicker with flammable fuel spills, and no safe way to let motorists drive through it.
