It used to be that a PR was told to let the punt go if
It’s over your head at the 10. Seems like I see a lot of fair catches (like that one by Hifo) inside the 10 now. Maybe coverages are better now and risk of it being downed at the 1 is too high? Or are PRs just losing track of where they are?
