You want guys that battle and compete
no matter what. That’s your foundation in practice and should be evident in games. That philosophy of I’m not going to bench someone cause they might transfer is exactly what is showing in this program.
I want everyone happy, rather than you better be ready to battle every down and every day. The one who gets results wins the job, and that can change week to week. That’s part of a team and is what we are missing.
