The coaching staff isn't required to battle and compete for their jobs -
being just okay is apparently fine with Sitake & Co. What a great life for Sitake - get paid the big bucks - more than any other coach in BYU history, and then just kick back, hang loose, play the role of a HC, play dumb in post-game interviews, and get a contract renewal. At BYU, apparently you just have to talk about family, peace, and love to save your ridiculously high paying job for consistent below average results.
