This team has the potential to be better than 7-5. They can’t get everything on the same page. The best two games were USC and USU. complete games in all there phases of the game.

In all other games there were lapses of one phase or another or during long phases of a game.

For example: in the Toledo game, we played a pretty good first half. Then, the offense died. Then, the offense gave it away. The special teams missed a field goal that could have won the game.

BSU we build a big lead and then hold on in the 4th. Offense can’t move the ball and defense can’t stop them. Same with Liberty.

Against USF, the defense played well in one half then couldn’t stop them. And the offense couldn’t move the ball.

This is a coaching issue. Lack of focus and discipline. Lack of ability to put the hammer down.

Teams take in the personality of their coach. Kalani can hire new assistants but they will revert to the norm of Kalani’s personality.
