to never comment on matters pertaining to Jimmer, but this one is easy. The greek league is down this year, PAO ( his team ) is 10-0 and margin of victory has averaged 25, in those games he is shooting around 70% from both 3 and 2 point %, averaing 17.3 a game in around 22 mins average. He had 15 in 18 mins yesterday. In Euroleague, he played 28 of a possible 40 ( Euroleague games are 4 10 min qtrs ) in most recent game, and was averageing around 22 prior to his injury, in his first game back, they were cautious, and played him about 13 mins is all, but the team they played were all about 6'7, so PAO went big.
ON his team are 6 guys who have played in the NBA, ( Johnson, Thomas, Calathes, Bentil, Pappagianis, and Jimmer ) and several Greek national team players, they have a chance to be really good. It is a crazy atmosphere to watch a Euro game, and I was at his game this past week in Athens, and he absolutely was the best scorer on the court, which included 4-5 from Three, and a left handed layup over a 7'3 post player that was unbelievable. A guy like Nik Stauskas who was in the league just last year, not having near that level of success.
The fans love him, they wait for him to come out of the arena for hours after games, he has to be escorted, not to worry basketball wise about Jimmer over there, he is doing just fine. He is saddened by his Giants, and their poor play this year, but we are working on a full time conversion to being a Bronco fan, but tough year to complete that project.
