How exactly does this concept avoid taxation? I don’t see it. I think maybe you
are conflating privatization with lack of taxation. Privatizing a public service doesn’t necessarily mean that you no longer have to tax people to fund it.
Whether the soldier is a government employee or a hired private mercenary, you still have to pay them somehow. How do you raise funds that pay them without taxes?
