Does the number of dependents included on an employee's health insurance plan usually effect the cost of the coverage for the employer? Let's say for a number of dependents above a certain threshold, like 3+.

Yes. But sometimes they pass that cost to the employee.

This is kind of a tricky question as there is a bit of a split
