My son switched allegiances earlier this year and my nephew (who is like my son) just went all in on Utah this week. Most of my anger about the demise Sitake is conducting BYU to, stems from losing these two. I used to take them both to games in LES. They have met and had their pictures taken with John Beck, Max Hall, Dennis Pitta, Harvey Unga, Ross Apo, O’Neil Chambers, Michael Reed and many more. I have taken them to BYU football camps, tailgate parties, to the pregame festivities over their whole lives for almost every home game.

I realize it’s not life or death and those boys will always mean the world to me, it does increase my frustration with the program and how it’s being run. There is no way my nephew switches if BYU was more consistent in winning games like The one Saturday or earlier this year against Toledo and USF
