I've been saying this forever.. Kalani is a people savant, not a football savant

We need people who are smarter than kalani in football IQ in the O and D coordinator roles if Kalani is going to be the HC. Nothing leads me to believe that we have that right now. I do think Kalani could do well with brilliant coordinators (but then again who couldn't) as the face of the program, super player friendly, good with people.
