Michigan is still a blue blood historically so I have no doubt they will turn it around sometime, but their teenage kids only remember them finishing in the top 10 one time in the last 13 years, 7 straight losses to Ohio State...
I'd be curious to hear from those living in Michigan if this is common there, and if not is BYU's biggest issue just that there is no hope for a turn around because it is clear the disadvantages of being non-P5 are too much to overcome.
