Very possible. I have been very disappointed with the offensive line this season
Game 10 against Idaho State and they're still struggling with presnap penalties. Game 12 against SDSU and they're still struggling to open up holes for running backs or pick up the blitz. I expected more of Grimes, although I don't know how much of it is injury related. Still though.
