so I agree that a few thought it could be a loss and I was one of those although I didn't expect a loss. But there were far more that expected a win and a lot that expected it to be a comfortable win with several saying a blow out in BYU's favor. I didn't believe there was any chance of that at all, especially after having watched SDSU live against Hawaii the previous Saturday. But that is why there are so many distraught over the loss, they had unrealistic expectations for the game. Expecting to win but instead losing is one thing, but thinking that the opponent is some terrible team that BYU should crush and instead losing to them is another, that is what sends people into despair.

I wasn't surprised by the loss so I handled it well, but those that were thinking SDSU wasn't any good, despite the fact they were 8-3 and had been ranked, are the ones in full meltdown.
