Utah is in if: They beat Oregon AND Georgia loses.
It doesn't matter if Utah wins by 1 on a bad call and OU beats Baylor by 40. The PAC12 will have a complete brown-out if the committee snubs them this year without clear and irrefutable logic in terms of W's & L's.
Utah might also get in if Clemson loses to UVA AND Georgia beats LSU.
