Apparently Toolson yelled at Rylans dad on the Utah bench that his son was a
flopper. In the handshake line it seemed to spill over and Rylans dad had to be separated from pope at one point.
Pope then says in postgame about the exchange that coaches should refrain from getting into it with players in the handshake line (referring to Chris Jones)
I love how silly the rivalry is. If there is any consolation prize it is that the new staff wasted no time to start their own beef with Utah coaches.
