Dehydration and lack of electrolytes cause cramps usually. Not healthy eating!
There are such things as Sodium supplements and rehydration drinks (Gatorade, pedialtye, Nanohydr8, etc.). Salt in general could help. Eating healthy plant based diet is not a good excuse for cramping. Nice try! 🤔
