Almost...
There are still two things that could happen to change that.
One is that Boise could get selected for a bigger bowl and that puts Hawaii into the Vegas bowl.
The other is that espn can decide to stick with the BYU vs AAC matchup because they think that would be better for some reason and instead have another of their bowls select Hawaii.
That said I think it’s about 95% that it will be Hawaii.
