That's the parity I'm talking about. The talent gap between Miami and BYU back in the 90's was big, but manageable with some of the best QB'ing ever seen at BYU. But not nearly the same gap that exists between the big schools now. I'm not picking on BYU here, this goes for probably 80% of CFB teams.
