Ski-in Ski-out is a big benefit.

Park City isn't up a canyon, so it's easier to get to than others. Still, traffic, crowds, carrying your gear from car to lift, etc. are pains in the yewt.

It would be very cool to not have to deal with all that. Desirable, valuable, for sure.

I don't know how much people would pay for the benefit, tho. I am so cheap I stayed in Bozeman when skiing at Big Ski (almost an hour away).
