It’s 5:30 AM and I’m just laying in my bed. I’ve been awake for a while already. As per usual, I just woke up for no particular reason. This happens to me, often at 3 or 4 in the morning, at least a few times per week. I’ve heard it can be anxiety related. I also know that my body is extremely sensitive to temperature. As a kid, I remember having a lot of trouble falling asleep at night. Would just lay there for what felt like hours, bored out of my mind. Sometimes I still have that problem. Some people can just fall asleep at the drop of a hat, like they can just nap whenever they want to. I have no idea how to do that.
