Anyone have some good sources/websites prior to jumping into a real estate
investment? Would be going into a multi-unit rental in a different state than where I live me. Guy pushing for it has done a lot of research and has good info, but I want to do my own and any good questions to ask/consider.

ask to see the operating agreement - ask him to explain all of the ways he and his affiliates are making
