This is very important in Multi family acquisitions. I agree it is a great , and comprehensive list. I have bought many multi buildings w/o asking this many questions.

Be careful with Bigger Pockets. Many posters are long on dialog and VERY short on knowledge and actual experience. I've seen a lot of posters come and go in my 10 plus years posting and speaking at their blogs and at their first big convention in Denver years ago.. Verify their motives and experience.
