beach is a must for me. I don't want to go down the hall to an elevator and across a complex, I don't want to pack all my stuff and walk through a maze of other condos. I want to walk out of my place onto the beach (or grass in this case).

It's just as the pictures show it is. There is no A/C though, but being right on the beach there was always a nice breeze for us that would go right through the unit with the big sliders wide open and the vented doors on the opposite end. Being an end unit, there were windows on 3 sides.
