Yes. They rank BYU below Utah but then admit Utah isn't the biggest draw in its

own state. "Utah has to battle for support in its own state. They’ve done a great job gaining ground on BYU in the last 20 years, but they have a ways to go before they become Utah’s most popular fandom" Ok? So why is BYU 39 and Utah 34? Does this guy think utah has a draw outside the state?
