CB: what is/are the reason(s) for out of state fans to be a CC member?
I’ve been a CC member for many years. I live in WA and buy season FB tix every year. I’ve justified the cost of CC membership to gain access to better seats.

When I went to buy some extra tix to the BSU game this year on stubhub it occurred to me I could probably skip the CC membership cost and buy tickets via stubhub, get better seats and still be ahead financially. I’ve been a gold CC member most recently (4 years) and silver before that. As an out of state fan I don’t find myself making use of my CC membership, except to buy tickets.

Aside from the value I might derive knowing I financial support BYU athletics, realistically why should an out of state fan be a CC member (at least bronze and above)?

I am looking to justify renewing my CC membership.

Convince me this is a financially wise decision (good FB seats are my primary motivation; the almanacs and similar “perks” are nice but not a compelling motivation).

I wish the answer was self evident and CC gave me lots of reasons to renew.
