Kalani and recruiting.
I haven't followed football recruiting for several years. But I seem to remember the recruiting Gurus were super excited when Kalani was hired and predicted that recruiting was going to improve dramatically. But that hasn't happened.
I took a look at 247 sports and looked at this predicted class and also the last couple classes. These classes have been pretty standard classes. There are a couple of guys to be excited about in each class; maybe. It seems like we've lost out on every major LDS recruit the last few years - Guys the gurus thought we would certainly land when Sitaka was hired, maybe.
Is my observation correct?

I'm actually pretty amazed at the talent that Bronco had assembled on that '15 (kimdaddy35, Dec 12, 2019 at 3:12pm)
We'd probably get more defensive recruits if we didn't drop 8 every time (Heath Squashwell, Dec 12, 2019 at 1:17pm)

IMO recruiting hasn’t gotten worse under Kalani, but it hasn’t gotten better like we all thought it would
