They have access to private concession areas able to drive in places normal guides can’t. It’s well worth paying to stay in the park. This was life changing. Seeing these animals in the wild. Every trip out of the camp was full of anticipation of what we would see. Not predictable, hours and hours of driving or sitting trying hoping to see something, then boom a pair of youth male lions for 2 hours walking along side the vehicle.
