I looked at all the various brackets out there that are considered "above-average" by The Bracket Project's ranking system and have been making projections for 3+ year. There are 14 of them out there that I have access to that have updated their projections for this season sometime in the last 2 weeks. Out of those 14, 3 of them have BYU in the field (about 21%) - all with 11 seeds. Another 2 have them among the "first 4 out". Some of the other 9 listed us as "also considered", though I didn't keep track of that since most don't go that far down on their postings. That means that currently about 36% have us being in strong consideration for an at-large bid. Keep in mind that many of those projections were from prior to the UNLV and Nevada blowout wins so it's possible that number has improved since then.
