I walk by the gym at work three times a day. If I stop for five minutes each
time what exercises would you recommend?

They have an adjustable bench. Dumbbell pairs to 50lbs, nautilus machine with lat pull down, leg press, chest press, and something to do chest flies. Some Kettle balls too.

Looking for a three exercise circuit. I’ll be dressed in business casual and I’d prefer not to sweat too much.
