It's thanks to a concerted effort to avoid overly rigorous religion classes/professors that I was able to meet my wife in a religion class that I took out of sequence. I took RM BoM 2 in Fall (because the professor I wanted to take it from only had openings for the second half), then RM BoM 1 in Winter from a recently returned mission president who was top-rated on RMP prior to leaving for a mission, which is where I met the mrs.
Oddly enough, it was the elective religion courses that I enjoyed the most, not the "required to graduate" generals.
PS - History of Creativity was a SUPER tough general to study for. It was the only class that I felt like withdrawing from after taking the first exam. I emailed the professor and he said to wait till the results came out. I got a 98% but walked out of the testing center thinking I failed. Never again.
