For fitness friday. I just thought id remind everyone who isnt perfect on their fitness resolutions that as long as you
keep up in some way you are better than you were. Strive for 100% adherence to your goals but if you only get 60% or 80% of the way that's still better than if you hadn't tried. If you feel the need to reset there's no problem with that. There's nothing magical about January 1st.
