Why do we put up with all the snow and yet CA gets all the water from it?
It just seems unfair. We in the rocky mountains get to put up with snow, the cold, the shovel, the terrible driving conditions.
And what is our benefit from that snow in the end? We get to ship the water from it to SoCal without any payback. Not fair in my book.
