Five years old. We found the issue. When they were putting in the ducting, they
accidentally disconnected the combustion intake and venting output. That happened in the ceiling between the heater and the exterior wall, so the natural gas, CO and water were exiting in the ceiling. So, water damage (slight), CO gas in the house and natural gas in the house.

Now we see if they're willing to fix it.
