Made a real estate mistake

Had 3 offers for my house. Took the one I thought was best. Turns out to not be the best by a significant amount. Feeling pretty dumb and irritated.

I executed the contract yesterday. Any way to get out of it at this point? Any such thing as seller’s remorse?

The buyer with the actual best offer is still interested.

Sure on your sellers disclosures list everything that is wrong with the house and tell them you won't

The disclosure would be the same. You can change your mind on fixing repairs based on each deal. Nothing wrong about
