CBA which, among other things, stipulates the following: 30% increase in salary cap, significant raise in max salary for top players, significant increase in maternity coverage (including payment of full salary while on maternity leave), new travel allowances (1 player per hotel room, mandatory leg room seating on flights, ability to charter when necessary).

For a league that was already being propped up by another entity, how are increasing expenditures significantly supposed to help its long term viability? And I wonder how something like this affects the NBA’s future CBAs if the amount being used to keep the WNBA afloat becomes more and more significant.
