RE: Play more bad teams and hire Dabo? Hahahahahahaha
I'm confused. I thought you were asking (1) how changing the schedule could help BYU get more wins, and (2) how BYU could possibly improve upon its recruiting. Do you disagree with the answers or were you asking different questions?

If you believe the answers are wrong, I'd be curious to know why.

If you believe that the answers are unlikely, fanciful or ridiculous--then we agree! BYU is not going to water down the schedule and is definitely not going to pay the money it takes to hire the best coaches in the game.

So we're left with this reality: BYU is comfortable with a program that wins 6-7 games and doesn't have any bad PR. Those in charge of football were satisfied with this year (and last year), which is why Kalani received an extension. Sure, they'd be happy with more wins, and some of the losses this year were unfortunate, but they don't view this year as unsuccessful. Rather, they view this year as a success (overall) because the program is meeting (and in some areas) EXCEEDING their expectations.
