BlueTroop Walk-on
It might be semantics,

but Jimmer has chosen to play oversees.  He could have hung it up but he still had a desire to play.  His numbers in China are exceptional, but he did more than just play basketball.  Jimo Dashen was a huge thing.  He is loved by the Chinese. MOreover his Fredette Family Foundation isn't about him being a good guy.  That foundation is about anti-bullying, helping kids with special need and providing opportunities to kids who maybe wouldn't get that.

I don't understand why people can't see passed the "He was a flop in the NBA." He is still great and will be the greatest player I have ever witnessed play at BYU. Jimmermania was insane.

My wife is not a BYU fan (she likes the sports more than the school), but she asked me about Jimmer the otehrday and what he was up to.  Jimmer made a huge impact on my generation of BYU fans. But when it comes down to it he is more and does more than just your average NBA player.

He has my vote!
