been extrememly motivating and eye opening for me I also feel vastly inferior. I, like the author, was not a long distance runner growing up. I played football, running back, and ran hurdles in track so the long and lean running body was never mine to achieve. Since HS I have really gotten into endurance sports such as running and triathlons. I know my running form is crap and while I love what I learned about form and the importance of running correctly in the book. I feel I will never achieve it since the author used a professional coach which I would not do.
Any advice on how to increase my running form beyond just watching YouTube videos?
