I'm 67. I really didn't feel a lot of the aging process until I hit my 60's. I'm certainly feeling it now, however I've never had to face surgery. (yet)

My "eternal" marriage dissolved long ago. My fault. In my case, I don't think I'm a good fit for marriage. All we can do is to try and be the best we can. Getting old isn't fun, but we all have to deal with it and eventually death. I'm not a spiritual person, but I honestly hope that eternal families is real for the rest of you.
