Water. Rest. I didn't go cold turkey... tapered off with a firm goal in mind.
Set a date and hit it. Wasn't easy. The cravings lasted for 2-3 weeks for me. Didn't help that we have pebble ice and free fountain drinks at work. Finally made it. Was worth it.

Me too. I drink a lot of Diet Pepsi because I like it. I've quit a few times for various reasons and it was really easy.
