In late December I decided to cut out caffeine. I was a 2 energy drink a day consumer. I just stopped. Had a bit of a
headache for a couple days and took Tylenol once. No big deal.

Me too. I drink a lot of Diet Pepsi because I like it. I've quit a few times for various reasons and it was really easy.
