I really enjoyed reading this.
But 1200 calories would be hard. I am 6’5 ~215 lbs and I am currently eating roughly 4500 calories a day. Trying to weigh more is awesome.

nice list and nice work. I think it's healthy to add a weight cap. For me this means that if my weight ever hits 10
