I do something similar. What you have to do though is weigh yourself everyday
no matter what and nobody wants to get on a scale after a really bad eating day. I’ve learned that it gets me focused again quicker by knowing exactly where I am instead of realizing I’m up 15 lbs just because I wasn’t sure by not stepping on the scale.
