That’s a good idea. I gained 8 lbs in December because I just gave up because
everywhere I turned was a new party and massive amounts of great food. I also broke my rule and stopped weighing myself about the middle of December up 3 lbs and then gained 5 more. I’ve lost it all already but that’s a great solution for next December.

nice list and nice work. I think it's healthy to add a weight cap. For me this means that if my weight ever hits 10
